This was probably the best costume I saw on the night.
Halloween has always been a big thing in Ireland - well before the Americanised 'Trick or Treat'.
The biggest (and best) Carnival is held in Derry/Londonderry - the trouble and expense people go to with their costumes needs to be seen to be believed - they are amazing.
Make sure you go next year!
