Witches, ghouls and dancing skeletons have turned 3555 Olinville Avenue into a Bronx haunted house. For the second year residents and members of the co-op board created a Halloween display in front of their building. The haunted happenings were designed by resident Ronald Spaulding. A certified clown for Verizon, Spaulding likes to give trick or treaters a little fright when they come calling. Last year he lay in the coffin and jumped out when kids came looking for candy. But he says it’s all in good fun in keeping with the holiday. "All his time is dedicated to the kids," said co-op Vice President Michael Tozzi.
